Update: 11:45 AM Email problem has been fixed, may take an hour or two for fix to propagate through the internet.

8: am Access to email is down at the moment. We are working to restore the service.

No fix time known as yet. Should be fixed this morning but not certain.

rbia.com.au email changes and webmail

We have recently upgraded and moved email servers for all rbia.com.au mailboxes.

Some passwords were not able to be transferred and they have been reset by us.

If your access is not working please phone us on (03) 90018555 for your new password.

Also note that webmail is now accessed by going to rbia.com.au/webmail. We recommend you bookmark this new link.

Mail outage

UPDATE: 11 am – mail outage is fixed.

We have a mail outage at present affecting some mailboxes and we are attempting to identify the problem. No ETA as yet.

At this stage, only some email is affected by the outage.
