9 am We are currently experiencing internet issues at present that may prevent you from connecting to the internet or may cause extremely slow speeds. Email is also likely to be impacted.

The problem has been marked as urgent and is being worked on as a high priority.

At present we are unsure how long it will take to fix the problem.

We hope you like our new website. We used one of the tools on our new hosting server to put this site together and provide you with more up-to-date information. We simplified the site to keep it concise and relevant. If you want something put back, let us know and we’ll consider it.

After re-evaluating our business direction last year and implementing our plan, we now have more time to devote towards the sourcing of new services such as the NBN and VoIP.

As a result, we are pleased to announce that we:

have upgraded our hosting service
can now sell NBN services and while it may take sometime for the NBN to reach you, we are ready when it does
can offer telephone services using VoIP.

ADSL shaping working again

After 6 months of not having shaping, the back-end ADSL network has been fixed and ADSL shaping is working again as of the start of December 2011.

If your ADSL speed is slower than normal you can check your ADSL usage through the ‘Members’ link in the menu. Just note that your shaping date is NOT the first of the month and varies from customer to customer. If you want to know your shaping date, ask us and we’ll look it up for you.
